一、 企业的基本情况
广西西江氮肥厂（以下简称西氮）是国有中型企业。始建于1977年，设计能力为3000吨合成氨小氮肥厂，经过技改扩建，现已形成年产5.5万吨合成氨厂，年产农用碳酸氢铵可达24万吨。现企业租赁给贵港市恒丰化肥有限责任公司经营。
至2004年12月31日止，西氮帐面总资产为：5734万元（不包括土地资产），总负债为8979万元（主要债务为欠工商银行本金3170万元，利息2500万元；欠供电公司电费550万元，欠煤碳原材料款1120万元），净资产为-3245万元。
至2004年12月31日止，西氮在职职工人数为813人，离退休人员184人。其中：本科学历6人，大专学历51人，中专学历53人，获取各种专业技术职称资格129人。
2002-2004年西氮主营业务收入分别为3500万元、4300万元、6403元；2002-2004年西氮利税总额分别为-142万元、-123万元、47万元；2002-2004年西氮实现利润分别为-160万元、-124万元、44万元。

西氮主要产品是农用碳酸氢铵。西氮产品目前产销两旺，供不应求，质量稳定可靠，市场信誉度极高。

Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant of Guangxi Xi Jiang(GXXJNFP) is a middle-sized State - run enterprises. Founded in1977, a small Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant with designed output of 3,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, after technology improvement it has developed into a factory which annually produces 55,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 240,000 tons of ammonium bicarbonate for farming. Now the enterprise has been leased to Heng Feng Chemical Fertilizer of Gui Gang City.
By December 31, 2004, total assets of GXXJNFP has reached 57,340,000 yuan (not including real estate properties )as shown in an account book, total liabilities is 89,790,000 yuan(debt to industrial and commercial banks is 31,700,000 yuan for corpus and 25,000,000 yuan for interest, debt to the power company is 5,500,000 yuan and debt to raw and processed materials is 11,200,000 yuan), and net assets value is －32,450,000 yuan.
By December 31, 2004, the mumber of on-the-job workers in GXXJNFP is 813, the retirees are 184.Of them 6 are undergraduates，51 graduated from junior colleges,53 graduated from technical secondary schools,and 129 got their qualifications from other profession skill schools.
GXXJNFP’s most taking for the years 2002 to 2004 were 35,000,000 yuan, 43,000,000 yuan, and 64,030,000 yuan, and its total profit payments and tax turnover for the years 2002 to 2004 were ―1,420,000 yuan, ―1,230,000 yuan and ―470,000 yuan; profits for the years 2002 to 2004 NFPGXXJ realized were ―1,600,000 yuan, ―1,240,000 yuan and ―440,000 yuan.
