一、 企业的基本情况
该院1955年始建于北京，2000年由事业建制改为企业并归属广西区人民政府管理。至2004年底总资产为14673万元，总负债为7482万元。在册职工278人，其中中高级技术职称226人、博士18人、硕士32人、柔性引进院士4人。离退休人员已由财政专款安置。
该院主营业务是矿产地质、超硬材料和资源环境等项目研究和新开发的超硬材料工具的生产。近三年年均综合收入近8000万元，其中超硬材料工具的产品销售收入年均4000万元。
二、项目优势
产品：2英寸氧化锌单晶体。作为第三代半导体的核心基础材料之一的ZnO晶体既是一种宽禁带半导体，又是一种具有优异光电性能和压电性能的多功能晶体。项目的主要创新点和特色为：①在国内首次开展2英寸大尺寸、高质量ZnO晶体水热法生长产业化技术工艺开发，对今后ZnO器件的产业化具有重要意义。 ②技术创新点是：研究并确定优质快速生长ZnO晶体的最佳匹配的工艺条件；开发外控温、内测温、籽晶培育等一系列自主知识产权技术。
市场：作为ZnO薄膜的衬底材料，ZnO单晶具有任何其他衬底材料无法比拟的优势——同质外延，ZnO单晶是ZnO器件必不可少的衬底材料。可以预计，随着ZnO器件产业化的到来，对ZnO体单晶的需求也会越来越大。
三、国有资产产权交易方式
1．方式：引进风险投资500万元，完成2英寸氧化锌单晶体全套产业化技术工艺开发。
2．对合作对象的要求：有风险投资意愿者。

A. Brief Introduction of the Enterprise
The research institute was set up in Beijing in 1955, and it was reformed as an enterprise from an institution in 2000 and assigned to the people’s government of Guangxi Region. It possesses total asset of 146.73 million RMB with a total debt of 74.82 million RMB. There are 278 registered members with 226 members entitled middle to senior titles of the technical posts.  There are 18 doctors, 32 masters and 4 academicians who are specially introduced. All the retired members have received allocation by special fund from the government.
The research institute is mainly engaged in the researches of geology mineral resources, superhard materials and resource and environment as well as manufacturing of newly developed superhard material tools. The annual comprehensive income for recent three years is near 80 million RMB, in which the average annual marketing revenue for superhard material tool products is 40 million RMB.
B. Advantages of the project
Product: 2 inches zinc oxide mono-crystal. As one of core basic materials of 3G semiconductor, ZnO crystal is not only a width forbidden band semiconductor but also a multi-functional crystal with excellent photoelectrical performance and piezoelectricity. The main innovation and specialty of the project is: ① industrialized technological development of hydro thermally grown 2 inch large size and high quality ZnO crystal has been carried out in China for the first time. It is of great significance to the industrialization of ZnO parts. ② the technical innovation is that the optimum suited technological condition for quick growing of superior ZnO crystal has been studied and confirmed.
A series of independent knowledge property technologies including outside thermal controlling, inner thermal measurement and seed cultivation have been developed.
Market: As an underlay material of ZnO film, ZnO mono-crystal possesses a supreme advantage that couldn’t be compared by any other underlay material: homogeneity epitaxy. So ZnO crystal is absolutely necessary underlay material for ZnO parts. It can be foreseen that with the industrialization of ZnO parts, the need for ZnO mono-crystal is keeping increasing.
C. Property Right Dealing of the State Owned Assets
1. Ways and means: raise 5 million RMB risk fund to complete whole set of industrialized development for 2 inch’s zinc oxide mono-crystal synthetic technology.
2. Requirement to the partner: the people who is willing to put risk investment.
