一、 企业的基本情况
该院1955年始建于北京，2000年由事业建制改为企业并归属广西区人民政府管理。至2003年底总资产为14673万元，总负债为7482万元。在册职工278人，其中中高级技术职称226人、博士18人、硕士32人、柔性引进院士4人。离退休人员已由财政专款安置。
该院主营业务是矿产地质、超硬材料和资源环境等项目研究和新开发的超硬材料工具的生产。近三年年均综合收入近8000万元，其中超硬材料工具的产品销售收入年均4000万元。
二、项目优势
项目名称：桂北构造蚀变岩型金矿风险勘查。
我院在该地区已获得排他性探矿权六处，勘查面积3.87-35.05Km2，共计108.55Km2，矿石类型有石英脉型、构造蚀变岩型，以构造蚀变岩型为主。矿石组成较简单，以自然金为主，一般为显微金。具有金品位偏低（3-5克/吨，少数5-10克/吨），规模较大等特点，预测金资源量100-200吨。
市场：2004年我国黄金产量达到212.348吨，黄金消费总量在230吨以上。黄金以其特殊的金属特性，在航天、航空、电子、医药等高新技术领域和饰品行业有着广泛的市场前景，黄金总的需求呈上升趋势，我国制造业黄金需求量每年将达300至500吨。
三、国有资产产权交易方式
1、方式：引进风险勘查战略投资者。该院以桂北六处金矿探矿权及前期工作约3000万元人民币出资；引入资金RMB3000万元合资设立“桂北金矿有限责任公司”。
2、对合作对象的要求：有较高企业管理水平的国内外企业。业主最好是有矿业开发经验、经济实力雄厚，特别是具有风险意识的战略投资者。

1.Background of the enterprise
The research institute was started in Beijing in 1955 and assigned to Guangxi Region’s Government in 2000 as an enterprise transformed from a public institution. It possesses total asset of 146.73 million yuan with total loan of 74.82 million yuan. There are 278 registered members with 226 granted with middle to senior technological title, 18 owning doctor’s degree and 32 master’s degree,4 flexibly introduced academicians. The retired workers  have been settled with special financial fund by government.
The research institute is mainly engaged in scientific research work of geology for mineral resources, superhard material , resources and environment; and the newly developed superhard material tooling.The annual comprehensive revenues in recent three years near 80 million yuan of which the annual superhard tool product sail is about 40 million yuan.
2. Advantages of the project
Item: Venture prospecting for structural and altered gold deposit in northern Guangxi.
The institute has obtained prospecting rights for 6 sections in northern Guangxi. The area is from 3.87 km2 to 35.05 km2 and 108.55 Km2 totally . The ore type is of quartz vein and structural altered rock. The latter one is the major type. The ore composition is generally simple as the occurrence of gold is natural one of micrograin. The ore grade is 3 to 5 ppm in general, less is 5 to 10 ppm. The scale of ore deposit is great. The gold resources is predicted to be 100 to 200 tons.
Market information, the total production of gold is 212.348 tons and the total consumption of gold is more than 230 tons for China in 2004. Because of the special metal characteristics, gold is extensively used in space, aviation, electron and medicine industry of advanced technology and accouterment industry. The total consumption of gold is considered to be 300 to 500 tons for China in an increasing trend.
3.Trading form of state owned properties
(1) Form Introduce venture capital for exploration
The institute provides the prospecting rights of 6 gold spots and the former work, which is worthy to be 30 million yuan. The cooperator will be required to invest 30 million yuan to set up a new joint company with our institute ,which named Guibei Gold co.ltd.
(2) Requirement
The home or overseas cooperator with mining and management experiences is welcome. Especially an strategic investor with good venture awareness.
