一、企业的基本情况
柳州市供水大厦（以下称供水大厦）1993年开始由柳州市投资控股有限公司国有独资授权企业柳州市自来水有限责任公司投资建设，1996年建成投入使用。目前工程尚未结算，预计总造价约为8000万元。
供水大厦位于柳州市繁华的商业地段，建筑面积18880平方米，主楼 ２９楼（含2层地下层）、总高度９９.３０米。现为三星级涉外酒店——泽丰大酒店租赁，是集商业购物、餐饮、客房、娱乐、商务办公于一体的综合性大楼。

三、产权重组方案
我司拟通过产权交易市场公开挂牌，出让供水大厦全部产权。

2005年9月拟完成供水大厦财务审计、资产评估等项工作。

Property Right Transferring of Liuzhou Watersupply Mansion

Ⅰ. Profile of the company
Liuzhou Watersupply Mansion was built in 1993 by Liuzhou Watersupply Co., Ltd who was state-owned and authorized to operate by Liuzhou Investment Holding Co., Ltd. The building was put into use in 1996. At present, the project has not been settled yet and the predetermined total cost is about 80 million yuan.
The watersupply is located at the downtown district, its built-up area is 18880 m2 . The main building has 29 stories( including 2 underground) with the height of 99.3 m. Now it is rented by a three-star foreign hotel, the Zefeng Grand Hotel. The mansion is a comprehensive one with shopping bazaar, circulation of commodities and trade, recreation and food, office rooms, high-grade guest rooms.

The mansion has obvious regional superiority, perfect design functions.
Ⅲ. Restructuring of the property right
Our company proposes to transfer the whole property right of Liuzhou Watersupply Mansion by public listing in the property right transfer market.

The financial auditing and asset appraisal are proposed to be concluded in Serptember 2005.
