一、企业的基本情况
广西贵港市桂花水泥有限公司(以下简称桂花公司)前身为贵糖股份公司水泥厂。1997年12月从贵糖股份公司剥离出来，是实行自主经营，自负盈亏的国有控股企业。2004年10月至今隶属贵港市国资委管理。
至2004年12月31日止，桂花公司帐面总资产为：136，281，955．77元，总负债为98，213，804．16元(主要债务为欠广西洁宝纸业投资贸易有限公司78，663，323．17元)，净资产为38，068，151．61元。经南宁市金正资产评估事务所进行评估，至2004年9月30日止桂花公司总资产为176，172，604．24元，总负债138，787，781．13元(欠广西洁宝纸业投资贸易有限公司115，854，983．67元债务)，净资产为37，384，823．11元。
至2004年12月31日止，桂花公司在职职工人数为77人，无离退休人员。其中：大专及大专以上学历15人，中专及中专以上学历36人，获取各种专业技术职称资格12人。季节性用工210人。
2002-2004年桂花公司主营业务收入分别为25，698，690．95元、29，317，974．17元、30，382，819．12元；2002-2004年桂花公司利税总额分别为1，283，349．82元、1，962，289．57元、4，993，738．69元；2002-2004年桂花公司实现利润分别为-966，714．84元、-1，126，078．00元、1，336，893．44元。

1. A brief introduction
Guangxi Guigang Guihua Coment Lt. Company（Guihua Company is abbreviated below） is the former of Cement Plant of Guitang Stock Company, In December 1997 the company came off Guitang Stock Company, Now it is a state-owned stock enterprise which carries out self-determination of management and self-determination of profit or loss. From October 2004 to the present it belongs to Guigang State Land and Resources Committee in administration.
By the end of December 31,2004,the total assets of the Guihua Company on account are 136,281,955.77yuan,the total liabilities are 98,213,804.16yuan（the main debts are 78,663,323.17yuan of Guangxi Jiebao papcr Investment Trade Lt. Company）,and the net assets are 38,068,151.61yuan.With Nanning Jinzheng Assets Assessment office evaluating, by the end of September 30,2004 the total asscts of Guihua Company are 176,172,604.24yuan, the total liabilities are 138,787,781.13yuan（it owes Guangxi Jiebao paper Investment Trade Lt. Company 115,854,983.67）,and the net asscts are 37,384,823.11yuan.
By the end of December 31,2004, Guihua Company has 77 workers and no retired workers. Among them there are 15 workers with college degrees and 36 workers with secondary specialized school degrees.12 workers get different kinds of titles of speciality technology qualifications.There still are 210 seasonal workers.
During 2002 to 2004 the business revenues of Guihua Company come scparatcly to 25,698,690.95yuan,29,317,974.17yuan and 30,382,819.12yuan,and the total profits and taxcs are 1,283,349.82yuan,1,962,289.57yuan and 4,993,738.69yuan, and During 2002 to 2004 Guihua Company has made profits of-966,714.84yuan,-1,126,078.00yuan and -1,336,893.44yuan.
2. The advantage
The main products of Guihua Company are P.032.5 and P.042.5 ordinary packed and loose packed silicate cement. They both obtain ISO9000 certificate of conformity of product quality and certificate of conformity of quality system. The quality of the products are stable and reliable. The market prestige is extrcmely high. The products have sold very well in the Pearl River Delta in Guangodong.
